Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
 
I have lived here for 2 years now. I do not seem to have any of the problems the people here are venting about. Yes, the gate sometimes is not working. Other than that, I have had good experiences so far. Apartment living is pretty similar everywhere, especially here in Memphis. You just have to pick the cleanest one. My hallway is not dirty. Safety is an issue for the whole city.
