I have lived in a few places downtown and Fielder Square is by far the best place to live! They have great resident parties, breakfast catered in every other weekend (its so good too!), coffee bar, a nice pool, fitness center and the office staff is great! Fielder Square is the best place to live downtown, its affordable and this is the only place downtown that have Privet FREE Parking for the residents!! I highly recommend Fielder Square.

What is hilarious, is that you obviously do not live at Fielder or ever been there. Maintenance did go thur a bad spell, but it seems just fine now. Why would I just make up things that they don't offer... have you ever been to one of the breakfasts, or stepped foot in the 24 hours gym, business center or conference room?

Thats hilarious!!! Fielder Square does offer those things, but the gate stays broke. maintence sucks staff treats you like crap..go ahead and live there... i bet you don't renew. and i be you are one of the staff members that wrote that crap..lmao

Not sure where the previous anonymous person was living before, that he likes Fileder Square that much. The services are bad, the construction is unacceptable, the walls & ceilings are made of paper, the noise level is unbelievable (between the Autozone park, parties, the fake walls and some spoiled residents that turn on the fire alarm in the middle of the night as a joke -yes, this has happened more than once). Fielder Square is outrageously expensive for what they offer, but it is one of the few places where short term lease is possible. If you have a choice, avoid it to keep your sanity. I am looking forward to my moving out from there.

Not worth the money for sure! Great location, but that's about it. Have you heard the term Pearls on a Pig? I believe this analogy has been used before.
