The location: Watch your step and hold tight to your valuables, inside the buildings you may slip on dog fesus and the college students have been known to urinate in the elevator. When you step outside to go to your car, please step over the homeless people and the so called gated garage is always broken.
The Office Staff: What can you say, some are nice and some are rude and stuck up such as the current staff. However, NO ONE stays for long! That is a sure sign as a resident that something internally is wrong and I should move. (as if there isn't a 100 other reasons to move) The maintanance staff was finally getting it together and then they started dropping like flies. I wonder why' I think the majority of the current residents know why. The upper management is crazy (from what at least 10 staff members have stated and a few residents.
The Apartment: Looks nice but then the problems begin, rats, yes, large rats not mice. The carpet is disgusting, you can hear your conversations of your neighbors, and any problem you have will not get addressed in a timely manner.
The building: Loud music, fire alarms being pulled all hours of the night, dirty walls, homeless men bathing in the lobby bath sink! You choose!
