Ok I lived in one of the townhouses and it was a total nightmare. Here is a list of the things that were broken or damaged when I moved in: 2 phone jacks, 4 electrical outlets, the front doorknob, icemaker, screen door, 2 lights, the carpet, door to the garage and the fridge door. Here is a list of things they never got to fixing while I was living there: 2 phone jacks, 4 electrical outlets, the front doorknob, icemaker, screen door, 2 lights, the carpet, door to the garage the fridge door. If you are into ?roughing it? then this is not that bad of a place. You can be real creative trying to figure out a way to run your entire home entertainment system from one jack and don?t forget the computer.

On a side note the pool really sucks too. It is constantly filled with kids. I wouldn?t really care much about this but it is obvious that 50% of the people that use the pool don?t live there. It seems all the older people who live there decide to invite there grandchildren over there every weekend to frolic and play in the pool.

The staff is about as useful as a second butt hole. The only time you can really get their attention is if you lie and say you are going to refer someone to move in. Say that and you will have eye contact for about 3 seconds so act fast with your true demand. Of course if they do hear you don?t hold your breath that anything will actually be done. The handyman there has his priorities, which happens to be working on some junked out old car that didn?t move for over 7 months from the parking lot. I think they should have parked the car on blocks up front so they can go for another ?Beautification Award.? There is nothing more beautiful then tons of construction and overgrown wooded areas.

Someone tried to break into my apartment at least one time. I came home from a business trip to find that someone had kicked several dents into the door and almost successfully kicked the front door knob completely off. Good thing they have those awesome gates! My neighbors were having similar problems with attempted break-ins. I still do some work in that part of town and have noticed that area steadily decreasing in safety.

I have read the other reviews of this complex and don?t think some of these people are talking about the same place I am. Anyways I don?t recommend the place. Buy a house it is cheaper and you aren?t just throwing your money away.

Construction? Someone tried to kick your door in? Gates?

The Gates are for LIMITED ACCESS, NOT SECURITY (go hire some private security you wimp!).

Construction happens EVERYWHERE in the city you baby! Live with it, or move OUT!

Overgrown wooded areas? That's nature, you moron! You can't have both. Find somewhere else to gripe, and see if you can come up with a well thought out, and logical argument.

Better yet, find a life!
