WORST APARTMENTS IN MEMPHIS

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
There are so many cockroaches. Maintenance won't listen to you even you complain. They collect money for the damage made by cockroaches from tenants while leaving. It is the worst apartment I have seen I my life. So many robberies are going on now days.
