These apartments are nicely situated and have lovely grounds - but that's about it. I'm currently living in a two bedroom flat and, the place is so shoddy, it's been a real pain to live in. I have an A/C vent that's leaking water and "Can't Be Fixed - Just The Way It Was Installed." I have so many bugs I'm think ing about opening an Insect Zoo. The plumbing has been stopped up since I've moved in and I've resorted to pouring Draino down it myself. Half of the electrical outlets are dead; there's no overhead light in the front bedroom; something died in the garage and we're still enjoying the stench. We've had to learn to be really careful when walking barefoot on the carpet because there are certain "trick" places where you can get poked by the carpet nails. The "office manager" should look for another career (perhaps as a corrections officer). This list could go on and on. We rented this apartment because, from the outside, it is well landscaped and very quiet - it's a real shame that the inside is below standards. We won't be renewing our lease. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
