I have been living here for almost a year in the new phase and have had NO PROBLEMS. Whenever I had a concern, I addressed it to the office staff and they responded asap. I don't know why these other ppl would write complaints about the apartments instead of just moving out. I mean, these apartments are not cheap so if service is so bad and the apartments are so horrible, then why don't the complainers just pay the money to break their lease instead of paying rent for the next year...For the area I found it to be the best deal. And as far as crime is concerned, what part of Shelby county doesn't have crime ' But you have to realize that most of the ppl in the area who have had their apartment broken into or like the young lady who was raped, knew the ppl that did it. So don't blame the apartments. Its not their responsibilty to insure you keep your doors locked (because i have seen PLENTY OF RESIDENTS LEAVE THEIR HOMES WITHOUT LOCKING THEIR DOORS) or that you pay ppl back drug money you owe them (LIKE THE GIRL WHO GOT RAPED IN FRONT OF HER BOYFRIEND BEFORE CHRISTMAS).....

IN MY SECTION THERE IS PLENTY OF PARKING AND I HAVE A GARAGE BELOW MY APARTMENT BUT THERE IS ALWAYS ENOUGH PARKING FOR IF I AM EXPECTING GUESTS...AND SINCE I HAVE MORE THAN ONE VEHICLE, VERY GOOD FOR ME...AND NONE OF MY CARS HAVE EVER BEEN BROKEN INTO AND MY VEHICLES WERE IN THE TOP 5 OF MOST STOLEN VEHICLES IN THE UNITED STATES FOR 2006..

APARTMENT WAS VERY CLEAN WHEN I MOVED IN...AND I LOVE THE NEWER APPLIANCES...

I NEVER HEAR MY NEIGHBORS SO THE WALLS ARE PRETTY THICK WHICH IS GOOD COMPARED TO OTHER COMMUNITIES I HAVE LIVED IN.

MY NEIGHBORS ARE VERY, VERY FRIENDLY...NO PROBLEMS FROM THEM

AND I LOVE THE LARGE LAUNDRY ROOMS..

I LOVE MY APARTMENT !!



SO I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS !!!

I cant believe you speak of people in a very irresponsible way. If you dont know the person (the girl who was raped) dont talk and shut up. It may be not responsibility of the apartments but Im wondering where the security guy was and if the apartments are not responsible and ppl is not. What the autorities are doing about it?

and how are the apartments going to be responsible for what occurs in people's personal lives. And to clarify the situation I work for the Memphis Police and the girl and her boyfriend never filled charges against the person. If you could pay your rent and if you knew the apartments were so bad before you moved in, then why waste your time. Thanks !!

The person that wrote this must be in dreamworld, because this isn't the reality of the apartments. Furthermore, she could use an education before writing her review and learn to use some tact. This website is supposed to be helpful, not demeaning.

"You must be on the staff" is what someone said as a response to this review. Are you an idiot? Are you saying there is no possible way for anyone to have a good experience at Fieldstone Apartments? I have been one of those people with good experiences here. You are probably that idiot with the oversized truck that parks in front of my building and always takes up 1.2 parking spaces...all over the white line like an idiot...get a driving lesson and then fix your mirror. Why the hell are there two poles holding on to your side view mirrors? All you need is one. And why the hell is the mirror that big? I want to pull the mirror off your car, bash it through your window and then get a crane to move your behemoth of a stupid earth-destroying tank into its parking spot LIKE IT SHOULD CORRECTLY BE IN THE FIRST PLACE. AND TAKE THAT STUPID ORANGE "T" OFF YOUR REAR BUMPER. YOUR TEAM SUCKS.
