I lived in Fieldstone for over a year and like what everyone else has said, upon moving in, things were great. The people around me were nice, the staff was very friendly and helpful, but that didn't last long. It seemed that every person who was nice in the office, they got rid of and replaced them by someone who didn't know what they were doing.

I had neighbors move in above me and were so loud every day, that I counted down the days until I could move out.

Calling the office' You might as well just give up on that because no one ever answers the phone. If you can't get by at least 15 minutes before they close then you're not getting any service. I say 15 minutes because, even walking in to pay my rent, I had to stand there for at least 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I walked in the room.

These really are nice apartments, but I believe they are way overpriced and do not follow through with promises they make to you. I just bought a brand new house and am paying less than $200 more a month.

I say if you want to live here great, but be ready to pay a hefty sum of money, and you might as well get ready to take care of things yourself, because you will not be able to depend on the management.

These problems are not a problems for me. I send my pay checks to main office and it really works. Service quality is also good: maintenance man drill for us about 20 holes in concrete walls when we decide put on curtains. Also concrete buildings - this is great stuff. I never heard my neibors.

That's crap. I'm a home builder, and I have lived here, and they are built so think you could punch thru them very easilly. NOT CONCRETE. Idiot.

I agree with the original post exactly. Starts off great, but now that staff is horrible and unhelpful. There is security but i don't have faith that they would protect me. I called them twice and they NEVER came. The first user response is probably someone from the office, because they also post on facebook about how great the apartment is.
