I live in phase one on Dartmouth Drive, but I would rather not comment on which specific apartment or building to keep my identity hidden. I have lived here now for about 18 months, and everything is great. I live on the third floor, so there is no noise above me, and I only ever heard noise ONE TIME below me. Ever.

Parking is great. I always get a space within 50 feet of my building. If you complain about having to park a little bit away from your building, then you are probably overweight and need the short pathetic workout anyway. Seriously...if you complain about parking away from your building, you are probably that pathetic person you always see in store parking lots that drives around for up to five full minutes looking for a close space.

I had an ant problem, but it went away quickly. Every Wednesday, you can have pest control come and spray in your apartment for FREE. One time took care of it.

The grounds are well kept, though I would rather the lawn crew not start at 7:00 in the morning outside my window. It's a good thing, though.

There are a lot of people of Indian persuasion living here, and they always take walks with their children at night. This is a family community. Sure, a crime happens every six months, but what do you expect from the people that come here from down Winchester Road around the Majestic theater area'

The complex is only a few feet from Germantown, and the other way is the FedEx World HQ building. Everything has been good for me. I seriously wouldn't go by what these people have been saying negatively about the complex. All apartment complexes have problems...and there will always be a few people that get pissed off because something isn't working.

Finally someone that gives a well-written, grammatically correct and smart review. I'm tired of reading so many reviews on here where people think they need to vent their frustration to this website in order to make them feel better. The fact is that I have lived in three other apartment complexes before Fieldstone, but Fieldstone is undoubtedly the best so far. I do not work for management of the apartments. I am not being paid to say this. Anyone that uses that as a response to reviews on this website needs to be punched in the face for being such a retard. The only complaint I can think of about these apartments is in the way that the people here park. They park like a**holes...and it's always trucks. Park straight you idiots. I swear...if I see another truck with its wheel on or over the white line, I will go crazy. People are so inconsiderate when it comes to parking here. Stop acting like a retard and park correctly.
