Office staff is not good at all. They were not friendly and treated me as if I didn't exist. After the lease expired they took all of my security deposit and then charged $200 for damage to the property. I requested to send me the itemized damage and repair cost and they said they would and shouldn't be a problem. The next thing I know I am getting calls from collection agency and threatening me to file this dues to credit bureau the same day. The main person who was responsible for this was the leasing manager by the name called Christine. So if you are planning to move in please think twice because these office staff are not going to do anything for you once you sign the lease with them.
