Ok so let s be honest here, I am not an employee so I feel I can give an honest review about this complex. I actually moved from Cordova to this community because I was so worried about the declining market our there that things became bad overnight. So wrap current day and let me tell you that Fieldstone is amazing. Prices are ok but the apartment construction is what I love. There are no bare white walls or a boring kitchen. The walls with crown molding and a "splatter texture" on the walls painted in the offset colors really make this place feel like home more than just a everyday apartment. Not only that but there is ample amount of storage in these too. Like a closet will just be in the bathroom for storage or a real pantry or whatever it might be this place has a lot more than my other place in Cordova that I was in. Let s talk about the staff-Awesome. There has been some turn over at the office people level but management and 2 of the girls in the office have been there since I moved in and that is almost 3 years! They always help me out and I have never had any issues. I mean they really do try and help out if there is ever a problem. Another thing is security-When I moved in there was a report of some crime going around, well let me tell you, if its there I can t tell. We have guards that drive little go cart looking cars around at all hours and they have the big ol flashing yellow light to go with it. Not sure if that help in the real time but hey, they try. Overall I would say this is a great complex that seems to shun away the jacked up crowd so to speak and is a very nice looking place that I call home. If you have any doubts just go speak to the staff and they will sell you like you need to be sold! All TRUE! Have a good day----Maybe I can get some free rent for this great write-up! LOL
