If you're looking for a decent, well maintained, freindly, clean environment then look elsewhere.

You will not find it here.

At Gardenwood you will find, dirty, filthy, rude, drug infested environment.

If you like the ghetto then move here.

I will not be renewing my lease here, EVER!
