I have been here for a year and its been hell since the beginning! We have been through 4 different managers since July 05. The handy man & girl half do everything. My stopper in my tub broke the first month of my lease and they sent someone to fix it. Instead of fixing it he took the whole thing out and gave me a white manual plunger to put in the bottom of the tub. Then offered to hook cable for $30 afterwards! The gate hasnt worked since I been here. And now its July 2006 and the pool still looks like a frogs heaven. I put in my 60 days and I'm gone. Please think twice before you think about moving here.
