When my lease is up, Im gone. Management is rude, unprofessional and their communication skills are horrible. Maintence does not exist. Most request go unanswered. If you are lucky enough to get them to come to your apartment, they will PATCH up whatever is wrong. No security on premises!!!!!! Security gate doesn't work!!!!!!!! Pot Hole City should be the name of these apartments. Don't let the pictures fool you. This place was nice and management was professional when I moved here in 2006. Somewhere alone the line, it became Gotham City!!! The management in place now(Avis Wilson Manager) is the worst I have seen. Shes none responsive and always seems to be DAZED OUT. Don't move here. You will regret it unless you enjoy having constant disagreements with management. Im getting my family away from this hell hole.
