I lived at the Gayoso for 6 months. There was a miscommunication about which apartment I was renting in the beginning and the staff handled the situation immediately and offered a bigger apartment. Being a former leasing consultant with a competitor company I was impressed with the leasing staff and their eager to be available with any issues. I experienced an outage of air in July several times and the maintenance staff was there to fix the problem. THe assistant property manager even accompanied the mantainence man one Saturday morning to help.
The assistance property manager was interrupted during dinner and delivered me an important package that I needed. What awesome service and very nice.
My leasing consultant, Victoria, has become a dear friend and is such a helpful sweet girl with anything!
The day that I moved out the maintance man saw that I had alot of items and he actually help load so of my heavy items into my car.
The building is very quiet and I never experienced any problems with neighbors. I couldn't believe how quiet it was.

So if you are looking for an apartment downtown I would recommend Gayoso!!!!!!
