Wonderful location and secure!!!

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2003
 
I have been a resident for 6yrs and still enjoy living in my apartment. With the on property grocery store and walking distance to all downtown resturants and even movie theatres....Love that! However, parking is not provided ($35 for the garage across the trolly tracks) and the windows in the apartments to not open! But, I still would not choose to live anywhere else in Memphis. The office staff is always available and eager to assist in any problems. And futhermore, you are living DOWNTOWN!!!!
