Gayoso House Apartments

Downtown is perfect for living in Memphis! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/21/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I moved downtown the fall of 2003, and I could not have made a better choice! Having lived all over the SE due to work, I first settled in Cordova....now that I am downtown, life is so much better - closer to work, Beale Street, The Orpheum, The Grizzlies, etc. Gayoso doesn't even feel like apartment living, and the staff (especially Victoria!) have been great on making sure I felt at home. The apartments provide a relaxed environment, while only a short walk from Memphis nightlife! With so many apartments having that cookie-cut feel to them, all looking the same and charging too much...the Apartments at Peabody made my choice for where to live very simple. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
