Great apartment, great staff, close to everything

I have lived in Gayoso House for approximately 6 months and Pembroke Square for 11 months prior. The facilities are very good and location is great. Peabody Place Mall, Beale Street, AutoZone Park and the waterfront park are all within a five minute walk. Noise from neighbors is non-existent. People are friendly. The apartment is clean and comfortable. I have never seen a bug. The staff have been outstanding and accommodating. When my circumstances changed, they allowed me to move from a two to a one bedroom. If downtown living is what you want, I would sincerely recommend either Gayoso House or Pembroke Square apartment.
