This is a wonderful place to make your home! It is totally convenient to everything downtown, and everyone who lives in the building is really nice. The area around the building is always busy, and has restaurants that are open late, so you never feel like you're walking into dark alleys late at night! The security staff is friendly and the office staff is wonderful to work with. Maintenance issues are addressed in a timely and efficient fashion. Sometimes downtown noise is present, but I quickly grew accustomed to it, and I NEVER hear my neighbors.
