Good location for downtown. That is about the only good thing I can say about this place. The staff is absurdly rude and unaccommodating.
They enter your apartment at-will. This is surprising given a high profile "incident" that occurred here in the past couple of years.
The office staff is amazingly rude and would never admit any wrongdoing- much less apologize. Somehow, they look down on you and act as if they believe they are above you. Funny because, if it weren't for the discount they receive for working here, they probably could not afford to live here.
When I first moved in, there were tons of little things that you should not expect when you pay the amount of rent for this type of apartment. The carpet is coming up in places, dirty cabinets, dirty bathroom, etc.
If noise bothers you- especially do not live here. The outside noise is louder than I thought it ever could be. My apartment shakes when trucks go down the streets. When motorcycles go past, it sounds like they are in your living room.
Before I moved in, I read the reviews on this site and thought they were probably just from a small amount of disgruntled residents. I was wrong and I wished I had listened to the comments on this and other sites.

So you moved in about a year ago, are you still there? Have things gotten any better?
