You Can Do Better From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/21/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   The downtown location is the only redeeming quality of this place. There are, however, many other places to live in downtown Memphis, and you would be well advised to check those out if living downtown is your highest priority. The staff is unpleasant to work with; to the point of dreading having to see them. They are wholly unprofessional, speak to their tenants rudely, and have a "holier than thou" attitude that is uncalled for from anyone, especially an apartment management staff. Pray that you never need the maintenance staff's assistance. It took one month, at best, to fix minor problems. I shudder to think what would happen if a serious problem emerged. The security is only a facade. It seems unlikely that any real problems with security have been ameliorated. I could go on but will end by saying: DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
