Gayoso House Apartments

Enjoyed the Gayoso From: enjoyedGayoso Date posted: 8/17/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007 5 photos   Having lived in the Gayoso for 3 years, I really have enjoyed it. Yes, it is downtown so you will have some activity noise on the weekends, but it is remarkably quiet to be literally, right in the middle of it all and next door to others. Many times you will not even see others in the halls or elevators. The management and maintenance is outstanding. They take care of you and the building as I have my own homes. The rent is also very reasonable and if you find yourself in financial trouble, they will work with you. The history of the building is also an added perk, Andrew Jackson himself rode his horse into this very place. I strongly recommend the Gayoso and don't be surprised, if you "see or hear" from things long past!
