Great place

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
 
I've lived here for 2 years. The staff is super quick and helpful. The utilites are very cheap. And if you like living near downtown, you can't beat it. Some have complained that it gets noisy on the weekend. Although it can be noisy on a Fri. or Sat night, it's fri or sat! and your right near beale so it's gonna be noisy in any downtown apartment complex.
