Living downtown is wonderful just to name a few things: 24hour security (like Fort Knox, but worth it), walking access to all local resturants and bars, laundry rooms on each floor and full service fitness area, exceptionally cleanliness of grounds (never seen a bug in my apartment) and the privledge to be a part of a community "outside the box" of East or Collierville Memphis.
All this does not come without a few challenges, for instance, parking area is across the street for an extra $35, apartment windows do not open (historic building) and congestion during Memphis in May.
However the safety and cleanlinest is worth the extra effort.....Feel free to contact me for any questions.....Living downtown is like THE BEST!!!!!
