*Ive lived in 3 units at Gayoso House Apts in the past 10 years. Their floor plans are unique, I love the feel of old world charm in the big windows, deep thick window panes and high ceilings combined with modern emenities.
*Their location CANNOT BE BEAT!!
*Security is top notch with 24/7 hourly walk arounds of each floor by the security guards, and a 24 hr help desk. AND the mail room is also secure!
*Management is professional friendly and efficient. They have always treated me not like a renter, instead a lot more like a family member.
*The fitness room is always available and clean and safe, with LOTS of great equipment.
*The property is well maintained, clean, quiet--especially for a downtown location.
*Parking is extra cost, however garbage, water, heightened security, incoming package acceptances, and gym are included in your rent price.
*Electric bills are low because the building is so efficient and well-insulated.
*Most units have W/D hookups AND EACH FLOOR has laundry rooms!(you can wash several loads at a time!!)
*Because of the location, many businesses offer delivery-including restraunts, cleaners, personal trainers...etc.
*Many units have unique downtown type views...my current unit overlooks the trolley line on Main, plus a peek-a-boo sight of Beale and Peabody Hotel--Nice, Huh'
