Good things: It's a good location downtown, with easy access to the core. Prices are reasonable, if just a tad on the high side. Access to the building is easy and reasonably secure.

Bad things: The windows don't open, so if the AC goes out the place becomes unlivable. Street noise is an issue, but it's going to be like that anywhere downtown. The maintenance staff is completely ignorant, unprofessional, and mostly useless. Walking to the apartments from the elevators can be like a block and a half long trek, so get used to it.

On the whole, it's a great place to live, but I wouldn't recommend it for extremely long terms. I lived here 4 years before buying a condo instead, and I don't regret living here, but I was glad to leave.
