I lived here for a few years and on the whole really enjoyed it (even miss it now that I'm gone). Requests for repairs aren't always responded to too quickly but they are well-done after completion. On-site janitor keeps it sparkling. Usually very pleasant people throughout the building -- thick walls keep it quiet no matter how loud your stereo/TV. Gets kinda TOO warm in the winter with the radiators but you adjust by opening windows. Affordable utilities. New renovations in public areas are very nice. On the whole, great place to rent.
