I lived here for one year and had a problem with Roaches. I requested on several occasions to have my apartment sprayed and it NEVER took care of the problem. I finally reached my limit when I had one in my bed. I never left food out our ate anywhere but my kitchen (which also happend to my be living room and bedroom) and I kept my apartment VERY VERY clean.
Also crime started to occur in the building and I would get knocks on my door late late at night. Management never really addressed the issue. Parking was a problem if you came home late at night and I was often afraid to walk to the building by myself. At one point, a homeless woman was asleep outside my door when I left for work.
I wouldn't recommend this place unless you need a storage room, not a home.
