Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
 
Have been living there for 5 months now. The office staff is super nice, and they spray for roaches every month. In fact, I have only seen one really tiny roach in the 5 months I've lived here. The rooftop garden is great and provides awesome views of the city. The tenants are for the most part quiet. It is a really great place to live... I will be sad the day I move out.
