After living here for 2 years, I'm sad to leave. The staff was always nice and maintenance requests were always taken care of very quickly. I think I've seen maybe 2 roaches in the 2 years that I've lived here, and they were just tiny ones that came out after the exterminator sprayed. They spray at the beginning of the month, every month. I can't say enough good things about the Gilmore. If you're looking for a nice place in Midtown, this is it.
