I was scheduled to move in this past Friday.

We were told they closed at 6:00 and we'd need to be there by 6:00 to get keys and sign paperwork.

Well, we were running late and had a problem with our turck and was driving from Illinois.

We called and got the service, they informed us the office had already closed.

We were going to go ahead and go to a hotel but really wanted to try to get the keys and move in.

The lady at the service said she would try to call someone on the call list to see if they could do anything because I needed to have the truck back the next day.

She called me back in about twenty mintues and said "She got in touch w/the manager and her and her husband were on their way to the property and it would take them about twenty mintues to get there.

This was at 10:00 PM at night and they came out gave us the keys, let us sign lease and on top of that gave us cokes, popcorn and cookies to get us through the night.

Now is this customer service or what.

Then our Leasing consultant called the next day and checked to make sure everything was okay.

I already love this place and we've only been here four days.
