I lived at Greenbrook apartments about 7 or so years ago.

Great value! Decent rent price which included washer and dryer in all units, fireplace in all units, several pools to choose from, fitness centers, nice floorplans, and pretty landscaping.

There were a few things I didn't particularly care for, like the spiders and the horrific I-40 commute every morning.

Overall, really great value!
