Greenbrook is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in and I have lived in some pretty crappy places. I would have to nickname this apartment complex "Thug Ville USA". I lived there for 6 long months and did not have one peacefull night of sleep. It was either loud music playing all night long or people fighting and screaming all night long. Even if you tell the management about your problems they will do nothing about it. Let me save you some time and grief by not even considering these apartments. I wouldn't want anyone else to have to go through what I had to. Greenbrook SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I`m disappointed to hear all these negative posts. I WAS planning on moving here. They look real nice in the catalog and on their website! Don`t they have strict qualifications on their resident applications? Aren`t they picky who they let live here? I thought this woud be a nice place. Any replies would be appreciated. Thanks--

if you have money you can live there, they dont care!!!!! and you will be able to see that when you move in!!!! I would suggest some where else!

To Moonstruck: Some advice my mom gave me when looking for apartments with my husband - "Drive through the complex at night!" Any place can make their grounds look all pretty and safe suring the day, but they can't control what goes on at night. Drive through your prospective complex at about 9 or 10 p.m. If you don't feel safe then, imagine what it would be like to live there!! Good luck! M
