I think the complex is simply too large for the office staff to keep up with.

They were constantly losing my rent payments, forgetting to keep track of my pet fee, etc.

I believe they have about 1000 units, and I think it's just too much for one small office staff.

They changed bookkeepers 3 times while I lived there, if that tells you anything.

I got threatened with eviction twice although my rent was only late once, by one day.

My payments just hadn't been recorded properly.

I can understand a small mistake here and there, but not entering rent payments' Threatening to evict your tenants' That's a little far.

I was just very far from impressed with this place, though admittedly mostly by the people that lived around me.

White trash and black trash alike.

I was afraid to go out at night (not that that is the complex's fault, but still something to consider when moving!).

I wouldn't do it again if given the opportunity.
