Moving into greenbrook from the showroom looks like an exciting place to live. The first floor is the worst place to live. Why' Alot of people would call this convenient but bugs continue to come into the home. Most of all the charge you a separate bill from MLGW for pest control and you still have bugs. Bugs just come in from every where. Also from staying on the first floor you always hear the neighbors upstairs which consisted of loud music and someone in the morning doing jumping jacks.Not worth money at all!!Beware of bugs. This is spider man's castle.
