I moved here from being overseas for 2 years in Bahrain. I wish I took the time and research before moving here. I have a list of problems that occurred over the last 9 months.
1. The 2 week of living here my husband Car was broken into and the speakers and amp. was stolen they destroyed the dashboard and its all ripped up to the steering wheel. He can barely drive it. Management was notified and the reponse pretty much was "your not in Kansas anymore"
2.There is absolutely no counter space to have additional necessary appliances such as microwave,george foreman grill, toaster in order for me to cook on the george foreman grill I have to move the microwave on top on the washing machine. I prepare food on the washing machine and dryer.
3. There is no linen closet I have a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom and I store the towels,washrags,sheet sets and comforters inside the 2nd bedroom closet with my husbands clothes.
4. The 1 closet that is in the hallway the waterheater is in there and it's only enough room for maybe a vacuum cleaner(MAYBE)
5.The 2nd bedroom has turn into storage space there no room for anything. I took down the christmas tree it's in a box in the 2nd bedroom, luggage-2nd bedroom and on and on.
6.The cabinet space for pots is to small
7.My stove blew up 3 times and it was (FIXED) twice the 3rd time I almost burned my hand off.
8.My toilet growls at me but nothing is wrong with it. That was (FIXED) twice.
9.My faucet in the kitchen if you turn it a certain way it would spray water in your face that was (FIXED) twice.
10. The hose under my sink had a hole in it and flooded my kitchen. They were pretty good about replacing it though.
11.The dishwasher is out of date and I have to pour bleach in it to kill the stinch that it reaks out. ( I never used it don't trust it i'm scared i might get sick)
12. The neighbors are really bad about putting the trash INSIDE the trash bin. Trash is usually all over the parking lot.
13. Stray cats are everywhere I counted atleast 7.
14. I literally kick piles of leaves to get in my car during the months of october-december before it took the ground keepers 3 days to get it all up. You know that just don't make no kind of sense.
15. Trees everywhere it's a waste to wash your car, the next morning it's dirty with the cats sleeping on it and with the leaves and branches all over the place.
16. I can hear my neighbor behind me whole conversation without trying to being nosey. I don't blame him but these are project walls( NY term)
17. I can continue but after 16 reason You get the point. Only 3 more months to go. Pray for me.( I'm serious)

Sounds to me like you are a little picky. You saw the place when you rented it, did you not? If you wanted a big, large area to live, then you should have gotten a house. It is an apartment. And they are pretty big apartments. Maybe you have too much junk?

I'm just giving the people an honest review. You must be use to living in rat holes if your so satisfied. I'm not picky, sorry if I don't like people stealing and breaking into my cars. It's not just me READ the other reviews.
