From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/3/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   When you first go to view the apartments they are very nice to you, then you sign the lease and the are so rude to you. You can never get anything done. I have a huge roach problem and they refuse to come fix it. I call every week to request pest control, that I pay for, and they come about once a month. You call to request maintanance and you are lucky if you you don't have to call back more than 2 times. Crime is terrible. They allow Teen Challenge of Memphis to do repairs on there apartments, this is not safe at all. Do not rent an apartment here, you will regret it. The grounds look good on the outside, but if you get up in the apartment complex you will see that they do not keep it as well. They went a month without mowing the lawn area where I am located.
