Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I was okay with this apt at the beginning of my stay then the summer came around; Wasp, rollie pollies, spiders, ants and what in the hell! I had 7 wasp & bees in my apt a day. Main & mgmt told me to cover my fire place and they will bring somebody out and this was going on everyday. If you like forest, bugs, your concern do not get ans. You will enjoy living here.
