I did not have any major problems but...

The apartments were okay for the most part but there were some problems.
Spiders are always around.
One morning my infant daughter was asleep and I went to check on her and a spider was crawling near her on the bed.
I called and asked them to spray and they did but they did not spray every month like they told me they would when I signed the lease.
The AC went out during the summer and you know that sucked.
For the most part, it was quiet but I did have a problem with the noise from the unit next to me.
I called the after hours number to complain and a security officer knocked on MY DOOR at 2am informing me that he couldn't hear any noise and therefore couldn't do anything.
The apartment is dark and you don't want to open the blinds because everyone can see into your apartment if you do.
The square footage is too small for the price.
A patrol car is always driving around.
I would recommend the apartments for first time leasers; it'll give you an idea of what to look for next time.
