If you love outdoor life, you'll love Greenbrook From: renter0601 Date posted: 11/4/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   My room-mate and I have lived here for almost two years. In that time, we have encountered several problems. We live in "the woods" and we had no idea what that really meant. Raccoons rule the parking lot at night and sometimes you'll find them right outside your front door. We've even seen deer and rabbits right outside our apartment. In our time here, our air-conditioner has went out atleast four times. This usually happens during the hottest part of summer. Maintainance was very slow in responding to our requests to have our air conditioner fixed. Eventually, we had to write a letter to the office to get this issue resolved. We've had problems with ants, wasps, flies, rollie-pollies, and some gray colored insect with wings. My room-mates care was broken into once and stolen a month later. One good thing I can say about these apartments is that the premises is always well kept. They cut the grass about every week. At one point they would also cut off the water almost everyday without notice, but that has gotten alot better. I would only recommend this place to a person who loves outdoor life because this is exactly what this is.
