having lived in apartments for most of my life, I can say this is definately not the worst place I have lived in, nor is it the best. Yeah there are bugs, but look at the area of the county as long as you keep your apartment clean and spray on occasion its not really an issue. I personally have never had an issue with the management of this property, as far as maintenance...yeah you have to call a few times to get things worked out but honestly in just about any apartment complex of this age youre going to have problems and with how many units they have here it does take them a little while to get things fixed. Now I do have a few complaints about the noise level of some of my neighbors however this is when I always contact the management and have things taken care of in a fairly prompt manner. All in all its a pretty average place to live and having lived in other cities most of my life the price is rather fair as well. The main issue I have is with the size and lack of storage space in the apartment. One closet for a one bedroom apartment is a bit lacking, however you do have to take the fact these apartments are around 30 years old you cant really expect the level of space and attention to detail that complexes built in the last 5 years have.
