horrible staff. mantience staff is incompetent.
management is unresponsive and rude.

we were accused of not paying rent because they said they did get our water bill...even though they had already cashed the check. they have not tried to do the same thing after we moved. we sent a check for our final invoice in dec and now in jan we received a letter from a collection agency. I left a message for each place hoping to resolve this. i have a copy of the check which was cashed in dec and states the invoice was paid in full.

all keep copies of everything, they will try to rip you off.


courtyards are gross. people dump trash. my husband cut his foot on a piece of glass from a broken bottle, which was still there days later.

it took 3 visits and us complaining about our air not working right for them to realize it needed freon...how hard is that' i could have told them that b4 they ever came out.


not safe either-we had 2 of our neighbors cars broken into and a neighbor held up at gunpoint at 1 pm on a sunday.


do not move to these apartments. oh and they messed up our move in date...stupid girl at desk wrote we wanted downstairts (we wanted upstairs) and that we wanted to move at the beginning of feb...we had to be out of our other apartment at the end of jan...so we were almost without a place to live for a week or so.

So why didn't you correct "the stupid girl" at the desk when she was filing out that guest card? Do you want upstairs or downstair? Okay so you want downstairs...then you should have replied, No we would like upstairs. Same thing with the move-in date. Why didn't you correct her then? With that said and based on the overall sorriness... (this coming from someone isn't the best at writing herself)... of your writing I shouldn't have to say anymore. Chances are you had a return check in hand with NSF stamped across the top.
