I lived in Greenbrook for a little over a year and it was absolutely awful. The very first day I moved in they started doing renovations on the apartment above mine and didn't turn the water lines off so that evening we had water pouring out of our ceiling lights and the bathroom wall fell down with a waterfall of water pouring out. After LOTS of complaints the maintance people came over and said to fix it they would have to work all that night doing construction and managment wouldn't give me a temp apartment for the night. They stayed until 6am. Two days later my kitchen ceiling bowed in with water; it was the size of a basketball and then burst the next morning. The next week I was moved into a new apartment that was overun with cockroaches. I bombed my apartment 3 times but it didn't help at all. And the apartments' bugspraying company never showed up no matter how many times I called. The apartment was dirty and run down, and the staff was so unhelpful. My car was broken into several times. Appliances were old and barely worked, I had an icemaker with no water hook up to the fridge, the gym is old and run down and never clean. I would recommend everyone to look somewhere else!!

then why didn't you break your lease under there love it or leave it program? better yet then why did you stay after your lease was up?
