Need something repaired, I hope it can wait 3 days... that is how long the HVAC guys take to fix it when it is 105 degrees outside and your apartment is hovering around 90 degrees inside with a box fan running. They tell you to wait, they are amateurs... I suggest you call a pro and bill the apt. The maintenance people never get fired there, just moved around like a child molesting priest. Hope and pray your apartment doesn't flood for you will get to live in it smelling like uring for 2 weeks. While they "get" someone to fix it. If you like hearing motorcycles revving up outside your door, under the deck, as they come and go then you will enjoy that noisy as they finish their beers and toss the cans in your area. Crime is alive and well there, Greenbrook even made the news for the crime. My advice - keep a gun with you. The security is a joke, that little girl won't do a thing. Need something after hours' Forget it.... they don't work after 5 pm. For $900/month the maintenance staff especially is crap... go somewhere else. You will be glad you did.

Wow you paid $900 a month here? You must have been staying in a 5 bedroom grand suite. I just happily renewed my lease for another year. As for making the news about the crime. I recall that news cast. The reporter was stunned that something even happened out here. Goes to show you this is Memphis. Crime is everywhere. Atleast they try to take precautions. However, I just wonder if you actually lived out here then again maybe I should ask if you were evicted or something. Everything you described is the furthest from anything I have experienced. I live in a 2 bedroom and I am paying 620 a month. Do you even know the after hour's phone number? You don't seem to know much about the office hours.

I second that of lilone's. Do you even live here? Or do you have a complex that makes you believe everyone is out to get you? I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath with black marble looking counters. I am told this is a renavated apartment and we pay only $695 a month. I am assuming the chic above me has a 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath and that's why she only pays $620.

When you go month to month after the contract and don't renew for we were in the process of buying a house then it will go to "market value" and it was always around $900. Yes we did have all the numbers eventually for contacting management. You might think it was funny but these things really happened to us and my children. Glad we are gone.
