We live in one of the 3 bedroom apartments. So I can't say much for the apartment complex grounds themselves. This apartment is great, lots of room and clean. Every time we have a problem they are here either that day, or the day after. The only thing was the bugs, but they come to bug spray. It was bad the first few months we moved in, but hasn't been bad lately, you just have to keep the place clean. I am assuming it was bad because of the people before us. Our refrigerator broke on a Sunday, and they were here within an hour of us calling, with a new fridge and took the old one. You get the occasional noisy person driving by with their bass all the way up late at night sometimes, but other than that it's quiet. I can't hear my neighbors next to me, it's very sound proof. Sometimes when we call them, they don't return the call, but you just have to keep calling. That is really the only complaints I have personally. We are leaving here soon, because we had a recent financial change in our lives and we can't afford it anymore, but I wish I could. I don't want to leave. I recommend it.
