I have been at Greenbrook for a few years now. I have had three different apartments due to roommate situations but each one has been pretty tight. I have not had any major issues. the only thing I think I found strange has been the washer and dryer in the kitchen but hey atleast its free. Its also turned out to be pretty conveint. Maintences was always on top of things. People has to realize this is a massive property so maintence can't just drop what they are doing to cater to every demand. I have been in the office to pay rent or just kick it with the hotties in there and have over heard trivial requests such as a light bulb being out in a closet. The most major issue I have had has been last summer when the temps were like 110 and my A.C didn't keep up. I phoned it in that Sunday afternoon and the guy on call responsed pretty quickly. He was out there that afternoon and I was chilling that night. I think alot of the crime out here are related someone's so called friends and other incidents are people just stretching the truth out. I have yet to see anything. Don't be stupid this is Memphis and you have to take your own precautions anyhow but come on people are seem to think they are immune to things just because of where they live. The office staff is always been pretty cool. If I have a question or problem they seem like the are interested and they try to help out with what they can. I got on this thing to check out other properties since my job is transferring me and out of boredom started reading reviews on my community. Readers beware most the hating on here because they weren't getting something for nothing. They be hating because they got evicted for not paying or because the management booted them out because they were problem themselves.

Wow. Talk about desperately searching for an excuse. I live in the apartments, too, and I adore them. They're not Cordova area looking apartments, but they suit my needs. Even as a female, I'm comfortable enough to walk by myself to my car at night. That says something. I haven't seen any crime. As for being informed of things, they've been very expedient about telling me about things in the neighborhood. Perhaps people just aren't getting their fliers. Or reading them.
