I just moved in Memphis and rented an apt at Greenbrook.
It sounds to me it's an apartment for FLEA, though the office said they put new carpet.
Millions of tiny black insect/ Flea, I was attacked in 2-3 min if I were standing / sitting.
You can see about 100-150 bites/ red-swollen skin area in my legs / hands.
I was not able to sleep well due to severe itching.
I talked & showed my skin rashes to office people on Saturday/ Sunday, & phoned on Monday, they are saying people will come on Tuesday for taking measure for it.
I might be infected with other diseases since fleas are also intermediate host for many diseases.

oh yes, you'd better get yourself checked out for cancer and hair loss while you're at it ... I've heard fleas also carry the disease that causes soft teeth, constipation, and broken toes. My god, just get some damn bug bombs from the dollar store and fumigate a few hours before you move the rest of your stuff in the next time you see fleas as soon as you walk in the door.
