Ok everybody here's what's good! Ok so when I graduated from Memphis, I took a job at a facility which houses emotionally distured youth(cant say the name for legal reasons but you probally already know lol), making roughly 25K ( which is not a whole lot ) However, I found my niche and was able to work it. By me being single without kids I had plenty of time to research Greenbrook and the other complexes in the area countless amounts of times but ended up in Greenbrook. Allow me to give you what I found. Greenbrook is a HUGE property and true enough some areas are rougher than others. I have found that the closer you are to Macon Rd. the better. All of the foolishness takes place back in the back portion. They have a security staff that patrols the grounds, Im not sure if they're armed but nonetheless it does make you feel a litle bit more comfortable knowing that there are a few sets of eyes patroling the grounds in case something jumps off. Plenty of parking; as far as noise, I was probally the loudest neighbor out of my unit.." Hey, playa had to do what I had to do lol!" The grounds are beautiful, I'd often go out and feed the ducks and they are really fun to watch if you're into that sort of thing. Construction: The newly renovated units look great, but I was content with my regular model. Maintenance: They mean business in there. I called and said that my washer was getting my clothes clean, next thing I know I got a whole new machine! Staff: The younger ladies in there are really cool, laid back, and fun to be around, you'll know who they are after 5 minutes in the office. As far as the people, everyone in my complex was A ok! The kids are descent, wholesome looking kids who are actually smart enough to get out of the street when a car is passing through, except for that one girl who couldn't ride her bike that well and wobbled out in front of my car! People I have no reason to lie to you, as it is not my place to "sell" you with my review. I just want to let you all know not to sleep on Greenbrook, especially if you're like me and just need a place to lay your head without breaking the bank! 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
