I lived in the greens at irene ataptments for 2 years since they opened for business. The noise level is terrible & the walls are paper thin. I could hear my upstairs neighbor in the bathroom as well as other places. I have been broken into 2 times. After the first time the staff convinced me that it was just "at random" they said. When my apartment was broken into the second time i had to think differently. The staff lied so much till they even said that "this type of thing has never happened before" not realizing that I was the same apartment renter that was hit by a previous buglary. It was not the same because this time they got my car as well as all of my treasured items. Thank GOD I had renters insurance. But my things can never really be replaced. When the police department did their investigation they came to the conclusion that it was not at random but a maintenance worker had broken into several apartments and stole items belonging to residents. They have not fired this person he now works at another property in Little Rock owned by the same company. This is the same nice community that had a double homicide & never made its tenants aware of it. We all found out about it on the news. Golf course is nice for the members, but what about a playgroung for the children who live there. Oh of course if it does not make management any money why bother. Don't rent here. You will regret every moment of non peace.
