I have lived here for about 6 mths now, and I absolutely LOVE this place. I have wonderful neighbors, the staff is so great and helpful, and there are many amenities. Yes, there was a double homicide here last April, however, it was a random incident and could happen anywhere. I have not had a problem with break ins, but I also set my alarm daily. Like I said, I absolutely love this place, and I plan to stay here as long as I live in Memphis.
